Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you can and can’t do on Kestrion. It works alongside our Terms of Service, and violating it can result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

• No impersonation — of a person, a company, or Kestrion staff
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct toward any other user
• No scraping, bulk data collection, or automated access without written permission
• No attempting to bypass verification, moderation, or fraud-detection systems
• No uploading malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights

• Only represent roles that are genuine and currently open
• Never request payment, fees, equipment purchases, or financial account details from a candidate as a condition of employment
• Keep all initial contact within Kestrion's messaging system so it can be screened for authenticity
• Complete company verification truthfully and keep it current

• Maintain one profile per person — duplicate or fake accounts are not allowed
• Represent your experience, education, and certifications truthfully
• Don't upload someone else's resume or credentials as your own

We use a combination of automated screening and human review to enforce this policy. Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, a temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. You can report a suspected violation from any profile or message using the Report option, or by contacting safety@kestrion.com.
