Applicant Code of Conduct
Last updated July 13, 2026 · Applies to all applicant accounts
1. Represent yourself accurately
Your work history, education, certifications, and skills should reflect what’s actually true. Recruiters are making real hiring decisions based on your profile — inaccurate information undermines the trust the whole platform depends on.
2. Keep one profile
Maintain a single account. Creating multiple or duplicate profiles — including to appear in more searches or to work around a suspension — is not allowed.
3. Engage in good faith
- Reply to recruiter messages, even briefly, rather than going silent
- Only accept an interview or offer you genuinely intend to follow through on
- Communicate honestly about your availability and interest level
4. Report suspicious activity
If a recruiter asks you for money, pressures you to move off-platform, or otherwise doesn’t seem legitimate, report it using the Report option or safety@kestrion.com. Every first message on Kestrion is automatically screened, but your reports help us catch what automated systems miss.
