Data Retention Policy

We retain your profile, resume, messages, and activity history for as long as your account remains active, so the platform can function as expected — matching, messaging, and tracking hiring progress.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile from search and messaging within 24 hours. We retain a limited set of records — such as billing history and records needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance — for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law.

Message history between an applicant and recruiter is retained for both parties as long as either account remains active, so that hiring context isn’t lost mid-conversation. Either party can request deletion of specific content by contacting support.

Where we’re required to preserve data for litigation, investigation, or regulatory purposes, we retain it for as long as the hold applies, regardless of the timelines above. For details on how to request data export or deletion, see our Privacy Policy or contact privacy@kestrion.com.
